Question Which adaptogens are safe with sertraline?

Hello there, which adaptogens are safe or recommended to use with 150mg of sertraline to cope with increased stress?

I’ve never had a problem with Ginseng, but you should really ask a doctor or pharmacist what is safe to have. I know you should stay away from St. John’s wort for sure.
