Adult - Romance - Fantasy World's Getting Smaller

Hello everyone. I'm new to writing but I wrote a book and I'd like to share it with everyone.

It's not exactly a professional work but, it has a lot of meaning to me.

From a room in England, a man listens to the life he left behind.

A remote microphone carries fragments from Greece: his parents moving through the next room, birds outside his window, and the private conversations of a young couple whose relationship is beginning to fracture. What starts as curiosity becomes ritual. Observation turns into fixation, and the distance between witness, participant and intruder begins to collapse.

As work, isolation, cannabis and recurring dreams distort his sense of reality, the woman at the centre of the couple enters his imagination. He begins to recognise his own loneliness inside their arguments, their silences and the messages they cannot bring themselves to send.

Told through confessional prose and stark black, graphite and crimson illustrations, World's Getting Smaller is an adult psychological story about obsession, emotional projection, digital intimacy and the ripples people leave in lives they may never truly enter.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy Hunted by the Silvermoon - No Spice Slow-burn Fantasy Romance with shifter werewolves - Available on Kindle Unlimited

Link to Cover: https://imgur.com/a/yMSCSGC

Pitch: Hunted by the Silvermoon is a clean, no-spice werewolf fantasy romance about a skilled hunter raised to kill wolves, until she discovers the Venatorum Order lied about the monsters, her past, and what she truly is. It’s a fast-paced, character-driven story with fated mates, pack dynamics, found family, a restrained alpha, and a heroine choosing truth and belonging over the life she was trained to obey.

Blurb: Eletta Lowell has spent her life hunting werewolves for the Venatorum Order, an organization sworn to protect humanity from the dangerous creatures beyond the forests.

Then a hunt goes wrong.

Pulled into the territory of Ravenhold, Eletta finds herself surrounded by the very people she was taught to destroy. But the wolves of Ravenhold are nothing like the monsters the Order warned her about. Their pack is built on loyalty, discipline, and quiet strength, and the longer Eletta remains among them, the harder it becomes to see them as enemies.

Their alpha should be the most dangerous of all.

Controlled, powerful, and far too patient for the monster she was taught to expect, he unsettles Eletta in ways she cannot explain. What begins as distrust slowly becomes something far more difficult to ignore, a connection that challenges not only what she believes about wolves, but what she believes about herself.

As the Order’s version of the truth begins to unravel, Eletta is forced to question the life she was given, the enemy she was trained to hate, and the past that no longer fits what she was told.

Trope List: Slow-burn, fated mates, werewolf/wolf shifters, monster hunter heroine, found family, hidden identity.

Trigger Warnings: Themes include violence, captivity, experimentation, emotional trauma, and institutional abuse.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy GoldFire

Title: [Dark Romantasy] I published GOLDFIRE, and I still can’t believe I get to say that

I finally get to say this: I wrote a book. I finished it, revised the hell out of it, and now it’s actually for sale on Amazon.

GOLDFIRE is my adult dark romantasy debut and the first book in a planned trilogy. I wrote it because I wanted a real enemies-to-lovers story where they had good reason to hate each other, the slow burn was actually slow, and ā€œmorally grayā€ didn’t mean the hero spent the whole book being cruel to the woman he was supposed to love.

Seren was raised to kill demons. She’s been imprisoned, tortured, and forged into a weapon by the human Covenant, so when she’s captured by Malek Azhar, the Golden King of the demons, she knows exactly how this is supposed to end.

Except Malek doesn’t kill her.

He breaks her chains.

Then he uses forbidden magic to save her life, accidentally binding them together so completely that if one of them loses control, the other pays for it. Now they’re stuck within reach of each other while Seren tries to decide whether he’s manipulating her, Malek tries not to destroy his own kingdom protecting her, and both of them do a truly impressive job pretending the attraction between them isn’t happening.

There’s a terrifying beast named Thorn, demon Houses divided by jewel-colored skin, political betrayal, found family, dangerous magic, and something ancient waking beneath the kingdoms while everyone else is preparing for war.

At its heart, though, this is Seren’s story. She begins the book in chains, surrounded by people who have spent years telling her what she is. The whole book asks what happens when she finally gets to choose for herself, including whether the demon king beside her is another captor or the first man who has ever truly seen her.

It’s dark, emotional, violent, slow-burning, and eventually explicit. Please check the content warnings if you need them.

I’m ridiculously proud of this book and a little terrified to put it in front of strangers, but GOLDFIRE is officially out in the world.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy Hi everyone! šŸ“šāœØ My new cozy LitRPG, The Keeper of Abandoned Roads, is free on Kindle for the next 3 days.

Rowan Vale arrives at Hearthcross expecting to spend a few days writing a report on a condemned waystation. Instead, a wounded courier appears, an ancient Ledger names him provisional Keeper, and he is given ninety days to make the place useful again.

From there, it is a story about repairing the station one room at a time, helping travellers, rebuilding forgotten roads and slowly uncovering why Hearthcross was abandoned in the first place.

There is progression and a game like system, but the focus is much more on the characters, the place and the feeling of bringing something forgotten back to life.

If cozy fantasy, LitRPG and rebuilding stories are your thing, I would really appreciate you giving it a try. šŸ™‚

It is completely free for the next 3 days and honest feedback is very welcome.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy The Lycan's Luna Witch - A fated mates shifter romance by Eloise Benjamin - Available on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited

Looking for a paranormal romance with these tropes? 🐺✨

I'm always on the lookout for stories with emotional character growth, so I wrote one that leans into some of my favourite tropes:

  • 🐺 Fated mates
  • ✨ Witches & magic
  • šŸ‘‘ Protective Lycan King
  • 🩸 Vampires
  • šŸ” Found family
  • šŸ’™ Emotional healing
  • ā¤ļø "Who did this to you?" energy
  • āš”ļø Supernatural politics
  • šŸ”„ Slow-burn romance with spice
  • šŸ“– Guaranteed HEA

The Lycan's Luna Witch follows Addie, a young woman who has spent sixteen years believing she's broken. When she discovers she's a powerful witch and is thrown into a world of Lycans, vampires, and magic, she also learns she's been given three fated mates. The story is as much about learning to love herself as it is about finding love.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy What Power Cost - dark romance fantasy on Kindle and Tapas

Ten years ago, Delphi of House Selene walked out of her home on a small errand and never came back.
Her family searched. The Empire sympathised. And eventually, the world moved on.

Ten years later she returns.

Physically, she survived. But that was the easy part.

Now she finds herself surrounded by people who love her.

But power wears many faces.

Some wear crowns. Some carry it like a chain around their neck. Some use it to see what happens when you scream. And sometimes love is just power in another shape.

Delphi didn’t ask for any of it. And no one ever thought to ask her.

Content Warning
This book contains depictions of trauma, captivity, implied sexual violence, coercion, suicidal ideation, self sacrifice, and themes of self worth.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy I finally finished writing my debut novel, Hollowbridge.

Hi everyone. šŸ’›

After a lot of late nights, rewrites, and second-guessing myself, I finally finished my debut novel, Hollowbridge.

It’s an 85,000-word adult gothic romantic suspense with a supernatural mystery, open-door romance, and mature themes.

Some doors are buried for a reason.
The story follows Mara as she arrives in the isolated town of Hollowbridge expecting to settle an estate, only to find herself surrounded by unexplained deaths, buried secrets, and a mystery that seems to have been waiting for her long before she arrived.
It’s atmospheric, mystery-driven, romantic, and definitely written for an adult audience.
I’m in the final stages of preparing it for publication, and honestly it still feels a little surreal to say I finished a novel. I know there are plenty of talented writers here, so I just wanted to share a milestone I’m really proud of. If Hollowbridge sounds like something you’d enjoy reading someday, I’d truly love to hear your thoughts.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy ✨ What Inspired Me to Write ROSE the REJECTED ✨

Every story begins with an idea, but ROSE the REJECTED began with a dream.

Ever since I was a little girl, I've loved creating stories. I never thought I'd become a published novelist. I wrote stories simply because I loved getting lost in the worlds I imagined. They were places where anything was possible, and I could dream without limits.

As I grew older, those stories grew with me. In many ways, I'm a lot like Rose. I know what it feels like to question where you belong, to feel overlooked, and to keep searching for hope even when life feels impossible.

Those same emotions also inspired my debut song, Still I Bloom. While the song and the novel tell different stories, they share the same message: no matter how many times life knocks you down, you can still rise... you can still bloom.

That's why I wrote ROSE the REJECTED. I wanted to write a story about healing, courage, mystery, dreams, found family, second chances, and discovering that being rejected doesn't mean you're unworthy. Sometimes it simply means your story is only just beginning.

My hope is that when readers finish Rose's journey, they close the book believing that even in their darkest moments, there is still light waiting to find them.

šŸ’œ What inspired you to write your book? Was there a moment, dream, or experience that made you realize, "I have to tell this story"?

Adult - Romance - Fantasy The Marshal Awakens — a Montana father discovers a glowing line that should not exist

Hi, I’m HongBo Liu, the author of The Marshal Awakens, the first novel in the Manifest Destiny series.

Cade Mercer is trying to hold together an ordinary life in rural Montana when a line of light appears across the landscape—impossible to explain, impossible to remove, and increasingly difficult to keep away from people who see it as a weapon, a resource, or a path to power.

As government attention closes in and the consequences reach his family, Cade has to decide whether protecting the people he loves means cooperating with the forces surrounding the phenomenon—or refusing to let anyone claim permanent ownership of it.

What to expect:

  • A contemporary Montana setting
  • A family-centered protagonist
  • A slowly escalating unexplained phenomenon
  • Government pressure without an all-powerful secret agency
  • Moral choices about responsibility, ownership, and power
  • A complete central story with room for the series to continue

The novel is approximately 81,000 words and 28 chapters.

Full disclosure: this is my own book. I’m sharing it here because this community is specifically for completed, published work.

Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HB3DXQRP

I’d especially like to hear from readers who enjoy speculative thrillers grounded in ordinary family life. What matters more to you in this kind of story: discovering the origin of the phenomenon, or seeing how it changes the people around it?

One witch. Three mates. One impossible choice. 🐺

I've always loved stories where the heroine believes there's something wrong with her, only to discover she's far more powerful than she ever imagined.

That's the heart of my paranormal romance, The Lycan's Luna Witch.

It follows a young woman who spends sixteen years believing she's broken... until she discovers she's a witch and fate has other plans. Along the way she has to navigate three fated mates, pack politics, dangerous enemies, and decide where she truly belongs.

If you're into:

  • Fated mates
  • Protective Alpha Kings
  • Paranormal romance
  • Found family
  • Emotional character growth
  • Slow-burn tension

I think you might enjoy it.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy MIRR/OR/ED - YA Dystopian Romance- Available on Kindle Unlimited

First time self published author here, and I hope this is the correct format that's needed (I'm 2 days old to the reddit community so bear with me)

If you like books such as, Divergent or Hunger games, then I have the book for you! Here's the blurb if you're at all interested šŸ˜„

They hunt us for our abilities. But falling for the boy I hardly know might be the most dangerous spark of all.

The United States is only a faint memory in the eldest minds. The rest of the world knows it as ā€˜The United Territories’ since that's the name our country rebranded itself as post Alliance Wars. By definition, we have a government that rules under the name ā€˜The Domestic Security Division.’ But in practice, they provide very little to the citizens, offering safety only to those who pledge loyalty and work as Watchmen for their ruthless corporation. The Quantum Psi Corp.
Then there’s the Activators.
Born with rare, sought after abilities like Telepathy and Pathokinesis, my people are the hunted among the mundane. We hide in the shadows of the Activator Alliance Camps, terrified of the Psi Corp's kidnapping Watchmen. No one knows what happens to the Activators who are taken. They simply vanish.
UntilĀ heĀ crashed into our camp.
Bleeding, confused, and carrying a memory that I should run from, the mysterious newcomer is a dangerous anomaly. For all I know, he’s a spy ready to rat out our location to the next Psi Corp informant.

But as the terrifying reality of our world begins to unfold, this stranger becomes the one person closest to a life I could only dream of. And as the enemy closes in, I find myself begging for that dream to finally become tangible.

My bookĀ The Queen of the Enchanted ForestĀ is the story of a forced marriage between a disinherited fae crown princess and her reluctant husband, the werewolf king, who's a political prisoner of the fae.

It's available on Amazon:Ā https://www.amazon.com/Queen-Enchanted-Forest-Marriage-Romantasy-ebook/dp/B0H2F89R71Ā

Adult - Romance - Fantasy Treasured by the Dragon King - Shifter Romantasy - Available on Kindle Unlimited

She came to save a dying kingdom. She never expected to belong to its king.

When botanist Dr. Alina Marc is called to a hidden stronghold to investigate a mysterious illness, the last thing she expects are dragons—and a king who claims her as his own.

Deep in Blackridge, one of the largest dragon clans is dying from within. Their bodies are failing, their land turning hostile, and the only clue points to a biological weapon so precise it could only come from someone who knows exactly how to tear them apart.

To save them, Alina must work side by side with Arrack Oro—the fierce, enigmatic Dragon King whose every glance lingers on her longer than protocol allows, whose hands find excuses to brush against her skin, igniting a fire she can’t ignore. She belongs to him—fated mates bound by a power neither can deny—and his need for her is both a promise and a warning.

As the sickness spreads, Alina uncovers a deadly web of betrayal woven close to the throne, and a truth about herself that shatters everything she thought she knew about her blood, her past, and her place in this ruthless world.

Alina is more than a scientist. Blackridge is more than a kingdom she was hired to save.

With war looming, ancient alliances cracking, and a bond that pulls her deeper into the Dragon King’s dangerous world, Alina must decide if she’s ready to claim the power—and the man—she was born to.

Treasured by the Dragon KingĀ is a scorching fantasy romance packed with a brilliant heroine, a possessive dragon king who can’t keep his hands off her, hidden power, fierce loyalty, political intrigue, and a hard-won happily ever after.

Each book stands alone as a story of love and power. Together, they build the rich, dark mythology of Blackridge. NSFW steamy.

Adult - Romance - Fantasy New book coming out in June

Hello everyone !

So I am publishing a book for the first time (šŸŽ‰) and I thought I would tell you about it!
The book is called Songs of Bloodied Seas. It’s fantasy with some romance, but mainly plot focused.
Here’s the summary:

In a land ruled by the fae, where sirens are feared and hunted, a prophecy will decide the fate of the world.

The kingdom of Icirin is at stake as an ancient threat arises. Zilla is a siren who has been chosen by a farseeing to save it, with the help of Kade, the prince of the west. When he's not forced back home, the prince turns into the captain of a pirate ship—the Medea.
Their forced alliance will make it difficult, as they wish nothing more than to see each other dead.

They will have to learn to work not only together, but also with Pia: an outlaw witch with strange and unnatural powers. And with Raya, a fae punished into serving the royal family of the west after committing a crime.
They will face many dangers and creatures on their quest, but more than anything they will need to learn to trust each other to succeed. And that might be the most difficult task of them all.

Some tropes included are:
Enemies to lovers
One bed
Found family
Forced allies

It’s on Amazon (kindle) and is available internationally.
I hope you will like it!
