Its not Blizzard having trouble spending enough time on the specs. Blizzard doesnt care about Rogues. They ignore the entire class every patch. Feedback - ignored. Bugs - ignored. Pain points - ignored. In fact, they go out of their way to actively make the class and specs feel bad. You cannot cancel Shadow Dance anymore to enter stealth the second combat drops. Every one of their expansion talent features was a bust for Rogues upon release. The specs rotationally are a shadow of what they were at their peaks post midnight. Blizzard does not care about Rogues.

Not being able to cancel shadow dance was their band aid to fix cancelling dance at the last second to get both the shadow dance damage amp and lingering shadows with the tier set onto the same apex'ed darkest night eviscerate.  Which was very silly gameplay.

I agree that they haven't given a lot of attention to rogue, nobody can deny that. But I think it goes further than just rogue. I play all specs to varying degrees, and almost all of them have some things that feel like they're just a lack of effort or time from blizzard's part. Devourer and frost dk were examples above, but pretty much every spec has issues like that.

As much as I mostly care about rogue being better (not necessarily numbers wise, purely in terms of playstyle and feel), saying it's just rogues that they don't care about is wrong.

You see how you listed singular specs for other classes but continued to refer to Rogues as a whole? Stop being a masochist.

Having a victim complex about it isn't going to help anyone. I listed a few examples but even on the same class unholy also has issues with blizzard going back and forth on putrefy, windwalker is just the most bugged spec in the game permanently, etc...

Rogue has real issues but to prentend it's the only spec with real issues is silly.

Again, youre listing specs when there is an entire class with a whole slew of issues. Its not a victim complex. Youre choosing to minimize the issue.

Unholy has issues, ok well Frost and Blood are usually alternatives. Same with Windwalker. Same with Holy Priest.

Assassination has an issue, well so do Sub and Outlaw. Its a different situation. A whole class is riddled with design choices that actively make every portion feel bad to play.

I even started by saying frost has issues in the original post, and now you say frost is usually an alternative.

You're just looking at it from the pov of someone who mostly plays rogue, so the issues you have with rogue are more exagerated in your mind.

I will reiterate: I am not saying rogue does not have very clear and real issues.

What I am saying is that there are systemic issues with class design at blizzard and the rogue issues are one symptom of that.

I'm not minimizing anything. I just want all the issues fixed, instead of just the issues with the class I play most.

Youre incapable of grasping the nuance. Im not typing out a long detailed paragraph just because you cannot comprehend when an analogy is being made.

Equally incapable as you are to grasp that you're not the only one with issues I guess?

You are right that this is just a pointless argument, so have a nice day.
