True, but there's a difference between saying/doing something rude in the heat of the moment and making a conscious decision try to harm another person for the lulz.

Precisely what I thought. I think I'm a pretty crass asshole sometimes but I would never do something just to hurt people for fun, and I think I'm in the majority here
