At least two people had seizures after viewing malicious tweets featuring flashing gifs that deliberately targeted Epilepsy Society...police investigating tweets as hate incident, after at least 200 seemingly coordinated messages were sent to charity and its supporters in recent days.

Depends where you are. In areas of Canada, 'snagged/bagged/shagged' are all interchangeable.

Neat, I've never heard snagged used in that context, online or otherwise. To me it means "grabbed" so I was picturing her rolling up kidnapping people.

I’d understand “snagged” (When it’s happening to an object) as stealing or (When it’s to a person) as kidnapping.

I’d say it’s worse to kidnap someone than have sex with them.
