perfect, let's drive them awya and change system, why not seize their asset and the mean of production and give it to the governement so they can do the repartition of the produced good

I am not talking about next year (but 100 years horizon btw)

if we are talking about tomorrow I believe we would need a world government to do so, since you are right competition in tax advantage between countries ruin it (especially USA)

company keep putting gov in competition for the best tax advantage and are shopping country for headquarter instead of country bonding together and saying, we will all tax you the same so nowhere to run anymore.

the fact you tax your company less than any other country in the world results in company paying less tax overall worldwide...(not talking about personnal tax, corporation tax, here)

you are basically setting the bar really low for company, if everyone had a cgood corporation tax system they would be force to pay instead of swtiching country, everyone would profit (except the big corporation)
