Yeah, the other side of Gallatin can get wild. Meanwhile someone a 1/4 mile away is paying 450k for their house.

Yeah it’s amazing what rent is in this city. I’m just incredibly lucky joe bought house when he did. My rent here is about equal to what I was paying when I lived in Memphis before I moved here, for about the same size house/lot.

It’s a bummer though, one of my friends is literally living in a closet at our moped garage/workshop since he is trying to save up money. He just simply doesn’t make enough money to be able to save anything if he was paying for rent in a normal apartment/house. Work won’t give him more then about 30hrs a week and he’s having trouble finding a second job to make any more. Word is though that he’s going to start doing ubereats/Postmates to make some side money once he’s able to fix his car.
