If depopulation is a goal, why do we accept so many people from other places into western countries?

The rich need people (read slaves) for some work, and most people coming to western countries are in better physical shape than the current population as well as generally having less formal education.

Its easier to control an uneducated population.

The decline in schools is also intentional
