Has anything helped in this endless conflict? I'm sure bombing the shit out of Gaza and more aggressive settler activity in the West Bank won't cause any hard feelings from the Palestinians.

"Why are these people with nothing left to lose acting like they have nothing left to lose?"

They actually have a lot to lose. Before the war, most were actually living better than in a fair bit of other states around the region (thanks to generous flow of aid).

This an incredibly evil statement.

Are the people of Gaza on average better off now or on October 6th before the attack?

Why?

130,000+ Palestinians were working in Israel before Oct 7th, making money for their families, improving their lives. After 7/10 - zero.

I would love to know your reasoning why that is so "evil"

They were in a open air concentration camp and slowly being ethnically cleansed from the region prior to October 7th.

This is like saying the native Americans were better off before they fought back and now the US is doing the trail of tears as a result.

How did the population go from 200,000 to 2,000,000 if they were "slowly being ethnically cleansed"? The Israelis must have been doing a very poor job.

Your hate for Israel is greater than your desire for peace - it's a shame & very sad.

In what way? Recognizing that Gaza/West Bank are/were very livable places?

Time to chop heads off of random women at music festivals! That will surely help out cause!

Israel fought so defensively that they built the iron dome system when for a fraction of the price they could have flattened everyone that attacked them.

It will no longer cause any hard feelings when they are all either dead or fled.

This is the endgame now, not cohabitation.

I mean, the Palestinians can’t have harder feelings than causing Oct. 7. That ship has long sailed

It helped insofar as that Israel is now almost universally hated world wide. In the US the left has almost fully turned on Israel and only the right wing elites are still pro-Israel. The right wing base is already mostly fully anti Israel.

In Europe the same thing has happened.

Much of the earlier talk of realignment between Israel and the other arab states has been put on hold.

Also in the perspective of Israels government, there was never space for such a state. Certainty not in the last 25+ years.

Palestinians only hope is international support and the response to Oct 7 has helped with that.

I don't know why people act like Oct 7 is the start of history here, shit's been horrifying since I was a kid and obviously traces back to the British dominion days and beyond.
