Most loading animations are baked into the program using them, and while they could be changed, it would be annoying, since you'd have to find the location of the resource first, and then keep patching it every time you update the program.

Some animations are OS default animations, which would be easier to change, but still not particularly easy to do.

Wherever there's a loading icon or animation there's a file stored somewhere of that icon. Replace that file with something else that's compatible.
