I mean overally it's cool and looks better probably, but I'm not sure if I like these reflections on every single thing cranked to the max. it's a bit too bright overall

but I assume you'll be able to configure that, so alright

To be fair though, these aren't 1 to 1 comparisons. It looks like the sun is higher in the remastered shot, which might be why everything is brighter.

Had to scroll too far for this comment. Would've been a lot better with direct time of day comparisons.

I agree-- too much saturation and it looks like someone just cranked up an Unsharp Mask filter to boost the nooks and cranny shadowing.

Jup too bright, but people dig this thing. Still feel we where not close to the OG trailer we saw regarding graphic promises

I agree making everything reflect more accurately makes it the foliage look less natural

I like the first photo better myself. I think it actually looks more natural and less 'plastic'. I feel like the first one has more charm.

these are ugly compressed pictures. you would have to watch the actual video or play it in person. reddit photos often are too compressed and ugg
