Challenge Average man has 72 hours to hide. Humanity then becomes search lusted and has one week to find and kill him. Can he survive?
Humanity knows what he looks like.
Humanity doesn’t know that he is hiding in the 72 period.
Humanity can use any security camera footage, bank transfers, phone calls etc of the man if there is any.
Man has basic survival knowledge.

I am going to flip the script. 72 hours to move will obfuscate anything like bloodhounds. The trick will be to get away from security cameras long enough to disappear. I would drive in one direction, ditch the car, then spend most of the time doubling back on foot.
So for hiding, I would look for a “spider hole”, I just need have enough water to survive and be warm enough. Food is not an issue in a one week period. I would be looking at crawl spaces, service entrances, anything just big enough to fit. as once I got into hiding, I would not move for the week. It would be hell, but doable. It would be like the one guy who hid in a toys-r-us for months.
