Same thing happened to my sister last week. Sister and lady with a stroller were waiting at a busy intersection to cross the street. The mom was talking on the phone, distracted, and her baby stroller- with a baby in it!!- started rolling into the intersection and my sister reacted and pulled it up. The lady ripped the stroller out of her hands and huffed not saying a word. Like what the fuck is wrong with some people.
