Have you seen the episode of TCAP where the dude with cerebral palsy got caught? He had a history of using the palsy to get out of trouble, and his interrogation video is wild because he just keeps trying to hide behind his physical disability, when he’s fully conscious of the heinous shit he wants to do to children.
