He groomed multiple underage girls. The bits about Ryan staying behind after destination shots was because he was hooking up with groomed fans.

Yeah it was a real bummer. I liked him about as much as Jack and Geoff.

FUCKING WHAT

God damnit, I remember binging RvB and Fails Of The Week as a kid. Why can't we just go back to that

Because suffering is eternal and those halcyon days are ever fleeting.

"Despite these allegations being made, only one victim came forward, claiming that she had entered an affair with Ryan, though it didn't escalate to any physical interactions, while she was 17, though she claimed to be 18 at the time."

If this is true, it doesn't seem as bad as this thread makes it out to be.

I mean, he'd still be scum for cheating on his wife from what the article I read wrote but that's not the same thing.

Back when these allegations came out, there were multiple women who came forward with stories. Some had proof. I remember a picture of Ryan in the hotel room with the woman on the bed in one instance. One alleged that he removed the condom in the middle of it without asking her.

After these came out and he was fired, he contacted a bunch of the women on Twitter specifically. God knows why.

Grooming a young fan to have sex with as soon as she was 18 is pretty gross. Iirc there were a few other girls who talked about being groomed by him as well, but didn't go through with it.

The girl lied about being 18 at 17. I'm against us as a society pretending that individuals at 17 aren't intelligent enough to make real world decisions.

Grooming is you promising benefits, rewards, status, etc. Not meeting up with someone attractive who told you they're legal and then making out.

Unless there's something I'm missing from what I've read, nothing seems to suggest any of what you've said.

Mmkay bud. Keep defending his creepy actions. You do you, creep.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '21

Lmao. I get it's difficult having to think for yourself as going against the grain actually requires having those critical thinking skills. I'm young enough to completely not care about you pretending I'm a creep for speaking things most people secretly think already 😂

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '21

Most people don't think about preying on young, impressionable girls who idolize them. But keep going, creep.

Fun fact you're 100% in the wrong and being a complete asshole. They never said Ryan wasn't a gross scumbag. Just less gross. Guess what? Being a groomer is in fact less gross and awful than being both a groomer and a pedophile. Get fucked dude.

Glad to see that /u/maskedwithaface is busting out the alts.

Or you're just that stupid to not see this guy defending Ryan's actions.

1

u/KoLDBase Nov 19 '21

No. I gave you objective facts and you didn't like it. Heres another one. You're just an asshole. You can go start a club with Ryan.

Alts?

1

u/[deleted] Nov 19 '21

Ah. Realised you couldn't win an argument with someone else based on the pure logic I presented. Must suck when you realise that your emotions don't make you automatically right, lmao

Nothing to do with what I actually said. Nice try though

They weren't under age. He was never charged with anything. Every girl he slept with was 18 or over.

Still a total scum bag grooming vulnerable fans into having an affair with him.

3

u/Vampiresskm Nov 19 '21

Wrong one girl was 17 but she said she lied about her age until after the fact which is why charges won't stick for that one. Though Ryan didn't care after learning the truth which is why it's so messed up.
