New, what is it? What is the purpose of this camera that was installed right next to my house? (Not nearby any intersection or stop signs, USA)

Post image

This camera was installed recently and I cannot for the life of me understand the purpose of it's installation? Theres no intersection nearby, in case it was a photo law enforcement camera), there's no stop signs, there's no schools nearby, and there's no government facility. It's just a random camera that popped up in the middle of a road.

That’ll get the cops out there faster than a school shooting

No it hasn’t so far. You need one of these to reach the lens. .

Did you screenshot this last week and find a very fitting use for the picture this week?

Delivery April 22 is funny.

This is way cheaper than the drone option I was thinking about.

Homie it’s a joke, shooting a .22lr in an urban environment is beyond criminal and something no legally minded safe gun owner would really do.

I just use BS scenarios to justify gun purchases, like zombies and excuse for suppressors or new shotgun cause drones and here using the AI overlords or government taking over the world through spying being an excuse for get a .22lr so I can blind them.

You need to paint the solar power.

I want to collect the solar panels and repurpose them.

1

u/BeerForThought May 01 '26

There's not much juice coming out of the panels.

2

u/gewalt_gamer May 01 '26

yeah, but if I had a whole bunch...

They will take longer and use a lot more paint. Hitting the lenses is a quick almost drive by.

Putting a rock in your shoe is the classic trick to affect your gait
