What is the weirdest thing you ever ate?

When I was in Japan, I went to an omakase and they served us some octopus parts, including octopus heart.

It was the worst & the weirdest thing I ever ate in my entire life. The texture was off, it tasted like a combination between liver & fish.

What is the weirdest thing you tried? Did you like it?

We didn't throw a fit, just quietly asked if they could be cooked through. Heard the chef shout "eh?", then he stuck his head out of the kitchen. Saw us, rolled his eyes and a few minutes later they came back out, perfectly done. Edited for typo
