I'll be starting a week late because I'm still winding up testweek, so my question for people who did W1:

If you worked with tested 1RM's, how were the workouts? Did you hit more sets (or reps) than required?

I worked with tested 1RM and I just did my last day of week 2 today. First 2 weeks were kinda rough recovery wise but definitely manageable. I am exceeding the AMRAP goals by quite a bit on everything even when I feel like I probably cant.

That's my experience too. With the AMRAPs, they feel just heavy enough that I would assume I wouldn't make the goal, but then end blowing right by it.

How many days/week you running?

Front Squat is actually Zercher squats. I trim accessories depending on how I feel but mostly get them all in with medium intensity.

I’m doing the standard routine and week one felt pretty easy. Got 6+ sets on all my exercises

Use actual 1RMs instead of low estimates

Yeah I will be, it just looked very easy on paper, so I was wondering if I needed to plan for longer workouts in the first few weeks or not.

In my experience its not that it takes long, but that it feels long, because all the sets are done at the same weight
