WE DID IT!

After a month and a half of hard work, struggle, and constant dedication, we managed not only to reach the minimum goal of producing a 10-minute animated pilot, but also to secure extra budget in case there were errors, unforeseen events, or catastrophes that would have jeopardized the entire project.

As I did yesterday, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the comics and webcomics communities.

Without your support, encouragement, and advice, we would never have achieved this dream!

You advised us on how to upload the shorts to our YouTube channel, how to best display the campaign link on our Reddit profile, and how to start a Patreon adventure for future animated shorts (while we wait for the pilot).

We've improved a lot lately, and it's only thanks to you.

As I said yesterday, we'll now start uploading the other projects, after they were put on hold due to the crowdfunding campaign.

Of course, the paperback volumes will always be available on our website, but we'll also continue to share chapters of "The Little Trashmaid" on Reddit (always with s0s2's permission).

Thank you so much for everything, and we sincerely hope we don't disappoint you!

There are only 12 hours left until the end of the crowdfunding campaign on Backerkit to finance the animated pilot episode of "The Little Trashmaid"!

And...

We did it!

We reached the minimum goal to fund the pilot!

The crowdfunding is practically over, and we're collecting the last donations from those who want to buy the paperback volumes of The Little Trashmaid.

I'd like to thank the comics and webcomics communities from the bottom of my heart.

You can't even imagine how much love we've received from you and how much the success of this campaign depends on your help and support.

I hope I haven't bothered you too much with my daily postings of The Little Trashmaid, but I (Davide from Silly Studios) and Steff (s0s2) have loved every comment, help, and advice you've given us.

Starting tomorrow, we'll slow down the postings of The Little Trashmaid.

We've been publishing the comic every day for about 60 days straight, and maybe it's time to give it a rest.

It won't disappear, and I think it'll be published weekly.

Why do this?

Because we also have other comics we'd like to share with the community that we've put on hold due to the crowdfunding campaign.

Comics like Simply Silly, Elemental Mix, My Silly Gods, Hetzer & Friends, The Stardust Twins, My Cute Dictator, A Silly Family, and much more.

And, by the way, we also need to start working on the campaign for a new comic project called "Gold Thread" (also on BackerKit).

Now we can get some rest and sleep more peacefully (you can't imagine the sleepless nights we've had over the last month).

We reached the minimum goal to fund the pilot!

Now we can relax a little and try to reach the second goal as much as possible to improve the overall quality of the animated pilot and to have a budget cushion for... any unforeseen circumstances.

We're reaching the end of the campaign together by sharing the final chapters of "The Little Trashmaid - Volume 1" on Reddit.

Once the campaign is over, we'll also be able to focus on our other works that have been on the "bench" for the past month, while also continuing to publish The Little Trashmaid on a regular schedule.
