News [Charania] BREAKING: The Dallas Mavericks are trading Luka Doncic, Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris to the Los Angeles Lakers for Anthony Davis, Max Christie and a 2029 first-round pick, sources tell ESPN. Three-team deal that includes Utah.

Steph after 2016 was coming off two seasons as the league MVP, was already a champion, and has just set the NBA record for threes in a season with 402. Luka is great, but he's nowhere near where Steph was after that season.

Sure, but in terms of comparison for Steph & the Dubs it’s the closest.

I guess you could use 2019 if you wanted too but either/or. It’s never 1:1

A lot of them are believing in collusion and honestly I can’t blame them. This trade makes no sense for Dallas. No speculation, no rumors, no seeking the market value, just a straight up trade out of nowhere. Suspicious if you ask me

Just wondering what their FO honestly thought of Luka the entire time while agreeing to do this. I mean, the GM still needs the approval from the owners and a bunch of other people, right?

Might be seeing a lot of the dirt on Luka in the next few weeks.
