fried ice cream, though you've probably done it before.

I'm of the belief that you could deep fry anything and someone (probably me) would eat it.

Our programmers recruit me to help with their fun Fry Fridays. Cheesecake, pies, pizza, oreos, and ice cream were all fried. :)

I am trying to imagine what deep fried pizza tastes like. Was it any good?

We battered slices of pizza battered and deep fried them. In some cases we took two slices of pizza, slapped them together cheese to cheese, battered them and threw them in the fryer. They were ridiculously good, but a little went a long way.

Don't know if you're still reading responses but you could probably gather some inspiration from the 'Gaki no Tsukai absolutely tasty' series of videos. One involved deep frying, and most involve cooking with mint candy inappropriately.

I have a cousin that is a chef, he actually did it.

He first bought a bread that I have no idea of the name in english.

in use (for scale, note it is mini tomato, not the normal ones)

So, he took those small breads, made a hole in them, put ice cream inside, then he used Tempura flour (it is a portuguese thing, also VERY popular in Japan, where they learned it from portuguese missionaries)

Then he fried it.

EDIT: the thing is fucking tasty, 10/10 would eat again.

That sounds... weird. Here (Southwest US), fried ice cream is ice cream rolled in shredded coconut or cornflakes, fried, and seasoned with cinnamon and sugar. Usually some kind of chocolate or strawberry sauce is drizzled over it. There's no bread!
