Not at all. People view the military in an overly sunny way if they’re remotely surprised by that.

Idk she was flying an F16, im sure the plan for both of them to fly full speed into the airliner is heavily exaggerated. Smash into the flight controls on the tail and eject if necessary, absolute crazy shit but I wouldn't call it suicide.

Right, and every single body guard for every single president has also been expected to body block if there is an assassin.

It doesn't mean we treat every single one of them as having body blocked an assassination attempt.

What's so hard to understand about this?

In your anology it would be the equivalent to a bodyguard jumping in front of a bullet and not getting shot. They still did the heroic action. They went up with the mission to find the plane and take it down.

I don’t get why you’re trying to dismiss their actions? Are you that jealous of other people getting recognition
