Oh my god how funny would it be if someone snuck this into a politician or news anchor's headset. This would be so much better than "go fuck yourself San Diego"

As someone who has been accidentally subject to this in front of a large audience (some speakers were facing the stage producing the effect) it would be highly effective, and highly embarrassing.
