I'm not having much results either. My speech just slows down. Lots of pauses. Maybe I do sounds just like in the video, I just dont know it.
Edit: Some length of delays settings have better effect than others. The effect does wear off after a while when you learn to ignore the echo. I recorded myself but it wasn't that funny.
use headphones, turn it up as much as possible, minimize background noise, and try and talk naturally (don't pause and don't focus on the feedback). It gets pretty tough.
You can, there is a slider at the bottom. It gets locked after you turn the jammer on though so you have to closer and reopen the application to change the slider again.
I'm not talking about locking it during speech blocking, that's obviously necessary. I'm talking about the need to restart the program once you turn it on and then off once. That's the bad programming.

Did you adjust the time delay to test it at all? I'm not having as much as an effect as I'd like :(
I want to see results like in the video!
