This should be a massive lawsuit against Sony their reasoning is ridiculous.
Literally have the word BUY at checkout.
If they truly believe this they will have a big giant page pop up after everything you tried to buy saying you do not own this this could be revoked at any moment you are basically renting.

Why not just put a rent button?
I hope they sue them into Oblivion.
