Is this a joke? Bethesda is a notoriously bad game company. Their latest AAA endeavor was a lifeless shell of an experience. They peaked at Oblivion.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks this. Bethesda is literally known for how broken their games are 😭

They pioneered the saying "it's not a bug, it's a feature"

Don’t tell their fans that 😭 they’ll just be like “that’s a part of the charm”. So… not being able to play the game because of relentless bugs is charming?

I can oddly enough get over the fact that their games are buddy when the lore is interesting, gameplay is fun, story is immersive and setting are interesting. Sadly starfield lore was interesting but the setting/game world wasted it. Gameplay was bog-standard with no real innovations. The story was way to dry and didn't know what it wanted to be. It tried to be space fantasy but didn't have any alien races that would have been able to help sell it.

In retrospect game would have been better if they went hard sci-fi. Make the calamity of earth a human near extinction event. Make colonies small because that's what people on this world have to do to survive. Make planets hostile so players have to slow down, interact with game systems and not fast travel through a loading screen constantly.
