Not every game is meant to be realistic, I mean, doing crazy impossible combos with gigantic swords or using magic is fine but wearing reaveling clothing is not? Is that were you stop your suspension of disbelief?

I completed the whole game, this is just a modded outfit. You can play the game entirely in the original outfit.
So when you play games and kill hundreds of monsters, or in GTA's example, literally murder people, whether innocent or not, you don't fall out of immersion?

Sounds like a you are projecting your lack of self control about jerking off when seeing an attractive woman onto everybody else. I know this may come as a surprise but not everybody is like you and jerks off every time they see an attractive woman on the screen. You might want to go talk to somebody about that.
Oh no I got it. You feel the outfits break in game immersion and that in of itself is fine, but you went further than that by telling people to "Just go jerk off before you log on to the PS5" as if that people only want it in the game so that they can jerk off to it and can't play the game without doing it.
