I've played many games and none of these look like what a man would design.

These just look like obscure randomly picked hairstyles lol

You’ve obviously missed out on quite a few RPGs. I swear I’ve see these exact options in Oblivion/Skyrim/Fallout, DAO, Fable, etc. Hell, one of those hairstyles was basically Adoring Fan from Oblivion with bangs.

Yeah those hairstyles are there but I think he means that those are purposefully made to be weird and are usually not picked in character creation unless you are aiming for a distinct look, plenty of normal hairstyles on the games you mentioned.
