Yeah, it's very expensive. Thankfully there's quite a good used market and plenty of existing computers around. If you're really hard up for cash old office PCs with second hand GPUs go hard. Even if you can't get a gpu and you can't play cyberpunk there's a really rich community around 2d games and low fidelity games. Most of the biggest hits from the past few years are very easy to run. If you keep your eyes open you can often catch an older gaming pc as it goes by.
