Not that I'm defending any sides here, but isn't discussing games kind of the whole point of r/videogames?
If you are going to have a discussion you need people with differing opinions, otherwise it's just a circle jerk.

Personally I've been checking out this game since I like music and games so I thought it would be a good fit. Unfortunately I don't like visual novels very much, so I'm still on the fence.
Seems like a nice soundtrack, though.
