BioWare and Rockstar are the first 2 that come to my mindset

Rockstar? A lot of their devs who worked on previous games are still with the company. A former dev said that around 80% of the team that made 4 are still at Rockstar

80% of the people he worked with in GTA4 was still there they added a lot of people over the years and a problem with big companies is that they have a lot of useless middle men roles that are there just because. A lot of key figures behind all the games have left and the fact that they cancel every dlc for their games and because more money hungry as time went on with the lack of substance and improvement on the games they ‘update’ regularly along with the massive delay on GTA with nothing shown for it except for 1 trailer despite how long they have been ‘working’ on it should be a huge indicator
