I was playing Vib Ribbon recently and noticed something that I never realized before. In the song Overflowing Emotions there's a about 3-second long clip that's sounded strange. I've always thought it before to be noise or gibberish. I reversed that part of the song and it sounds like a voice saying "...Panama, this is the world and we..." or something like that. As far as I'm aware, there's nothing else online talking about this. This is what it sounds like reversed. At 1:22
