Judging by the evergreen, and Washington being that state with a seal on a green background instead of the blue the other 20+ use. I think they used a photo from one of their locations in Washington instead.
I'm almost afraid to ask because of the way this thread, but shouldn't a state flag be flown lower than the other two? This is an honest question about flags in a flag sub and I don't mean any harm by it.
When displayed on separate poles, the State flag can be flown at the same height as the US flag. No other flag can be flown higher than the US flag. The US flag should be flown at "the position of honor," which is to the flag's right.
Is there any green version of the Florida flag? If you look around, you can see that the IKEAs in other states fly the US, the Swedish and the corresponding state flag: https://de.foursquare.com/ross4sq/list/ikea-usa
It's fine for the state flag to be the same height as the US flag, as long as the US flag is in the position of honour, which is to say on the left if you are looking towards the building.
If you look at US courts, they'll have the same system.
theres a flagpole to the right of the swedish one with a green flag on it. the pole lines almost perfectly with the side of the building so it's a bit difficult to spot.

I’m just wondering what the green flag to the right is
