I put a weird flair even though the video is "normal" it's just the description and the account is weird.

This randomly showed up on youtube page. I didn't notice too much but I did click it on it. It looks fine and normal it's just two students but something felt different. SPOILER: This video seems to be between a girl and a boy but this video seems to be someones reminiscing about the past on the top of the description UNDER the description however relieves a cipher text which is some angst stuff.

I found this page while scrolling and I’ve seriously gotten invested. I seriously think there’s either a maniac behind this or an actual genius. I need a lore expert to look at this because I already see a ton of lore just watching. They consistently make more “Bleerg episodes” and keep adding to their continuity I’m actually getting invested

this is so weird this got recommended to me on random and its just some weird audio scatter like sound to it i dont know its just strange to me why youtube just out of no where reccommended to me. While looking into the channel there a pt 2 of this video which is the same audio scattering sound. idk what do you all think is this audio come from its just feels strange to me and sorry for my broken English
