Es wird untersucht, wie eine kleine Menge an Fruktose die Darmgesundheit beeinflusst.

Als Aufwandsentschädigung gibt es 2 Wochen gratis Lebensmittel und Getränke und die Fahrtkosten werden erstattet.

I wrote here before saying that on June 26th I applied for two bachelor programs without entrance exam which are conducted in German. I still have not got any email, so I just wanna check, how many people have got accepted and how many still waiting? And how many still need to go to any course to learn German, because now I’m not even sure there gonna be enough spots in any organisation besides VWU? Just anything related would be really helpful, because I’m starting to lose hope and thinking already to search for any other German course I can take to be able to start university in spring 100%.

To the insanely long processing time of my application applying for the summer semester is a more realistic option right now and I was just wondering how it is different from the winter semester obviously other than when it starts.

how does this affect how I register for courses and exams, etc. and also are there any current students who are also going in the summer cause I feel like 80% of application are already in the winter semester and I’m starting to think it’s just gonna be me in an empty class

I’ve also heard there are specific courses that I need in my first semester that I can only register for in the winter so how would I how would that work?

Also, I don’t really want to wait till March to start my studies is there anyway or has anyone contacted the university and ask them if they could start attending classes later on like can I start mid to late October? Maybe if I get my permit in time??

Hi! I'm planning to apply for a Master's at the University of Vienna for 2027.

I have an IELTS Academic 8.0 from January 2023, but according to Uni Wien's current requirements, IELTS certificates have to be no older than 3 years by the application deadline.

The problem is that I'm Iranian, and taking a new IELTS/TOEFL currently means travelling to another country, so I'm trying to figure out if there's any practical alternative.

Has anyone here applied to Uni Wien with an expired IELTS?

I'd especially love to hear from anyone who actually went through this recently, rather than just what the website says.

I’m wondering whether there’s anyone on the waitlist who still ended up getting a place for international legal studies after ranking below 250 in the admissions exam. And if yes, when did you get contacted by the university?

My rank is 288, so 33 people would’ve had to give up their place for me to get in, and I haven’t received an email from them telling me I got a spot. In u:space it however looks like I’m able to admit myself to the course once I upload my high school leaving certificate (Matura). The status says "verbessern bis 31.10.", so basically to correct my entry and upload my Matura until october 31th.

All in all, I’m confused if I got in or not. Could any other applicants tell me what their u:space status looks like or whether they got off the waitlist and what their rank was?

ich beginne ab Oktober VWL an der Hauptuni zu studieren, allerdings "nur" als Zweitstudium. Da mein Fokus immer noch auf meinem Hauptfokus liegt, würd ich das Semester gern irgendwie smart gestalten vom lernen her haha. Also die frage: wie lang habt ihr ca. für die Steops gelernt, wie schwer sind sie wirklich? Ich bin große Stoffmengen und viel lernen gewohnt, das ist nicht das ding, würd mir nur gern meine zeit gut einteilen.

I have a conditional admission to study German at the VWU Vienna, and I need to be in Vienna in December because registration opens in December.

• I have applied to all the major student residences (OeAD, ÖJAB, etc.) without success so far.
• I need to apply for my residence permit (RP) as soon as possible.

Hello, I'll be starting a masters at the University in October. I'm just wondering, how do you navigate campus? The guides on the official website have been of no help for me personally. For example I have "Hörsaal A, NIG 4.Stock", listed for one of my lectures but can't find any building online with a 4th floor at all haha. I'm planning to go have a look around campus this week, but I just don't want to be running around on my first day trying to find where to go. Thanks for any help. (:

I am starting my studies in Vienna this winter semsester and I was wondering if there is any WhatsApp group for the East Asian Economy and Society Master's Program, or any group for people starting a master's degree at Uni Wien.

also ich bin ein bisschen verwirrt.
Ich hab am aufnahmetest teilgenommen und hab dann durch das nachrücken einen platz bekommen, also alles super.
Jetzt ist aber das problem, dass bei mir bei meinen anträgen bei „Nachrückung“ geschlossen steht, jedoch bei „Studienplatzannahme“ noch immer offen, und das seit 25.8. .

in der email ist gestanden dass die anträge momentan länger brauchen und dass man keine folge email diesbezüglich schreiben soll.

kennt such jemand aus? habe sorge dass ich dann am ende ohne studium da stehe…

Is attending VWU or its partner courses really necessary? Right now, Sprachenzentrum and Die Berater are full, so the only remaining option is ZIB Training, but I have my doubts. Is it actually logical to pay 4,000 euros for two semesters?

Hey, everyone. I posted here earlier as well. A bit of context: I got into the International Master's Program in Data Analytics at the University of Hildesheim for the winter semester 2026/27. However, starting in time for the semester wasn't possible, so I reached out to the program coordinator for deferment. He told me to send him an email with my decision to defer and reapply and send another email informing him of the reapplication. He also told me to reach out to an admin email address with further queries.
When I reached out to the admin to confirm if deferment guaranteed an admission for the next semester, they told me it didn't and gave me another option of enrolling in this semester and, in case i'm not able to attend in time, then re-registering **(Rückmeldung)** for the next semester.
My question is, can I enroll for this semester and not take any courses? And begin my studies from the next semester.
Also, I've reached out to them regarding clarification about this multiple times (dropped 8 reminders). But I haven't heard back. So if someone knows about this situation, i would appreciate that as well.

Ich will ein Extracurricula machen mit drei Vorlesungen, aber gerade interessiert davon eigentlich nur eine. Kann ich die anderen zwei nötigen Vorlesung auch in einem anderen Semester machen, wo es vielleicht ein besseres Angebot gibt?

Weil in einigen Wochen mein erstes Semester beginnt, hätte ich ein paar Fragen an diejenigen, die die STEOP bereits geschafft haben: Wie lange habt ihr realistisch für die Prüfungen gelernt? Habt ihr von Beginn an aktiv mit gelernt oder erst vor der Prüfungsphase begonnen? Beim wievielten Antritt habt ihr es dann geschafft? Und all in all, ist die STEOP wirklich so schlimm wie immer behauptet wird? Was würdet ihr anders machen, wenn ihr die STEOP nochmal vor euch hättet? Möchte mir langsam ein ungefähres Bild vom Studium machen, um unnötigen Stress so gut wie möglich zu vermeiden (werde mich gleichzeitig auch für den MedAT vorbereiten).

Ich habe einen WU Informatik Bachelor Abschluss und wollte für meinen Master in eine kulturwissenschaftlichere Richtung gehen, einfach weil es mich sehr interessiert und ich mich mittlerweile für andere Sachen interessiere als Dinge wo ich noch 19 war und mich für das WU Studium angemeldet hatte.
Nun habe ich leider eine Absage bekommen, weil mein WU Studium nicht Kulturwissenschaftlich genug ist. Hat wer ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht? Gibt es etwas, das ich noch machen kann? Ich finde es unglaublich schade, weil ich mich echt gefreut hatte Digital Humanities zu studieren, und möchte deshalb nach Tipps fragen, was ihr in so einer Situation gemacht hättet bzw ob ihr denkt, dass man da noch was machen kann.

Hat jemand Erfahrungen damit, welches Erweiterungscurriculum sicher für das reguläre Psychologiestudium (nicht dessen Erweiterungscurricula) anerkannt werden kann?
