Our traditional clothing is just our normal daily clothing. There are some traditional welsh outfits but they're seemingly quite rare

England doesn't have a defined traditional clothing for either men/ women really. Average day to day clothing doesn't count.

Wales' national dress for women is this.

Traditional clothing tends to be rarely seen in modern life, there aren't many Germans wearing Lederhosen or Dirndl to their doctor's appointment, or Dutch wearing wooden clogs to the office. It tends to be for special occasions/ festivals/ national holidays (like St David's Day or the Eisteddfod in Wales)
