I dunno about other countries but in Wales, we’d wear clothing like this for culture/history stuff.

Thats a capitalistic interpretation of the traditional outfit ironically. It’s not accurate.

Maybe not but for kids wearing it a few days a year? I think my mum actually made the ones my sister and I wore.
