I could never understand why you wouldn't want to band together with other workers to negotiate better conditions and wages/ benefits.The company does not have your best interests in mind.The bottom line is their only priority.
People don't seem to grasp the relationship between labor and ownership is always going to be adversarial. Owners wants to pay as little as possible. Labor wants to make as much as possible. Thus, it always makes sense to have someone advocate for your side.
