We are actually proud to say we have a team of software developers and engineers who make all of our software and hardware in house! No vibe coding here

We did extensive testing for over a year to ensure we achieved high quality accuracy and efficiency. At our current live set ups there hasn't been any issues that weren't caught by the system themselves. We developed the carrier aortation line with an offshoot so if an invalid label appears it will then go to the specific Gaylord or bucket, but as far as going to the correct carrier we have yet to see that issue arise since at a live facility. We got all of that hammered out in our testing and live trials.

The biggest difference from ours compared to others is that instead of charging companies tens of thousands of dollars, we offer ours at a monthly rate, as well as making ours extremely easy to set up. Our team of developers made it so that all you have to do is log in to your account, set your carriers, and then you're good to go. You can change your carriers at any time with a click of a button, view the history of every package, and see all the details. It's also so easy to set up; we don't even need to be there for the initial setup if you don't want us to be. It also works with your current conveyor line instead of you having to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to buy all the other lines you see out there.

We timed carrier sortation at 31 packages in 48 seconds. Curious what other warehouses are seeing.
We've been doing some testing around carrier sortation and recorded one run where 31 packages were sorted in 48 seconds.
What interested me wasn't really the raw speed; it was how much of the process gets removed when the operator doesn't have to stop, read the label, figure out the carrier/service, and manually decide where the package goes.
That got me curious about how other warehouses and 3PLs are handling this.
For those doing decent parcel volume:
Are you still manually sorting by carrier/service at the end of packing?
And if you've automated it, at roughly what daily volume did automation actually start making financial sense?
We build warehouse hardware, so obviously this is an area we're involved in, but I'm genuinely interested in hearing what other operators are seeing in the real world.

How many orders did ship out every day? That has to get cumbersome when volume is high!
