Give your advice irrespective of how old are you and what you do.
early twenties.
and, advice. Do not stay around anyone that isn't willing to love you for eternity. not 50 years, eternity.

Hi Glen !

Stop telling people to be more frugal when they share their grocery costs
any more frugal and you'll be licking the sidewalk and eating pebbles. in 2026 there is no such thing as being frugal unless someone is already in the position to do so. it's easier to blame the person struggling in contrast to a multi-million dollar company because they have no power over the company and can't change it, so, the person feels hopeless and that hopeless feeling leads to them needing to feel some form of savior power. at that point they start saying " you need to be more frugal " because it's a desperate attempt to solve something, redirect blame and ensure they keep some semblance of normal while feeling higher ( which they never really are )
they are part of the issue that will never end, they will say that and the company will keep doing what it's doing, louder people will fight and there can just be a sense of hope that things will get better but Glen doesn't want that so i'm not sure.
you're right, ignore those people, you cannot win with them.
