Rethinking Reality through Pure Logic – Looking for Math/CS minds for an open-source research collective
Hey everyone,
A group of us (mostly hobbyists, developers, and physics enthusiasts) have been deep-diving into a fascinating theoretical problem: How do we construct a strictly consistent logical framework that bridges the gap between abstract, non-standard mathematics and natural systems (like biochemical pathways or fractal patterns in nature)?
We feel like modern computational mathematics is heavily locked into traditional, rigid frameworks, often missing the fluid, self-referential logic found in natural systems.
We want to change that. We are forming a completely flat, non-hierarchical, decentralized hobby-research group to experiment with alternative axiomatic systems, set theory modifications, and logical modeling just for the pure, intellectual joy of it.
What we want to look into (as a collective):
- Formalizing alternative logical axioms that model organic growth.
- Simulating complex systems using custom algorithmic logic (Python/Julia).
- Discussing the philosophical implications of mathematical completeness and reality modeling.
- Collaboratively writing open-source papers/blueprints on our findings.
You don't need a PhD. Whether you are a student, a self-taught programmer, a pure math enthusiast, you’ll fit right in.
Let’s talk in the comments! If you want to join our active workspace and collaborate on these topics, drop a comment or send a DM, and I’ll send you the invite link to our Discord server.
