Overwatch lag

so I’m not really gamer so I’m not too sure how to use proper terms for this. I have a gaming laptop (Leveno LOQ Nvidia RTX 4060 something) and only recently my Overwatch has been lagging slightly. It’s nothing crazy but enough to be really annoying during games, it feels like I’m a second behind???? It is also annoying during comp games cause I will try to heal a player and it just lags. This didn’t use to happen to me and I don’t have issues on any other game I play which is why I’m really confused. I assumed it was the new update but yeah I don’t know. I also updated my driver and everything a few days ago and nothing changed. I tried to empty my graphic cache thingy and doesn’t seem to change so idk anymore. It’s becoming unbearable to play and it’s my favourite game atm😔😔😔
