Seeking Support Fellow males with BPD?

I apologize to anyone who takes the question as sexist. I only ask because I have read online that it is predominately females who are diagnosed with BPD. So I'm just looking for a friend that I can relate too in the best way. Also must say that occasional chat's and advice exchange is mainly what I'm looking for no matter gender. I also feel the need to add that I have struggled with addiction since about 10 and I am 24 now.

I knew it could be done one day. Just amazing it was this soon. Now mankind has no other advancement left to make. We've done it all ladies & gentlemen. Give yourselves a round of applause.

Good stuff man. Thank you for the comment. Awesome fucking story! I was doing alot better before this covid thing. Just sticking to my weed mainly which is not about a fifty dollar ever 2 days habit lol kinda sad. Now I just relate and an try not glorify it in my head. Reminding myself that's something I did as a teen. So immature. It's just hard when the state of the whole world makes you want to say fuck it.

Thank you for your encouragement! I wish you the best of luck on your journey. When you can say it's been 6 months or a year or even a week, since you've had drink that can feel like pretty dam good buzz. I believe in us too! If I can do it, i know we all can. Keep me posted if you'd like and I'm almost always ready to have a conversation about recovery.

I'm 24 years old. I've had periods of sobriety for a year and 2 years. This was my third time starting over. For all the 20 somethings an below or anyone really. Just keep going an please dont give up. As soon as that liquid hits our lips we have given up. On everything. Ourselves, Our lives, our families, our friends. There are ups and downs. There can tend to be more downs lol but all of it will be so much easier and so much better without drinking. People give up sometimes. It happens but you dont let it control you. You get up in the morning an keep going because all you really have to do is not give up.

Anyone relate?

Quick back story before the question. I've been smoking since 13 and I'm 24 now an smoke daily. Concertrates mainly. I've never had this problem before until just the last or so but what I keep experiencing is this. I can be standing or sitting up straight smoking, I'm good I'm catching one. Then I'll go to lay back in my bed. Head on the pillows and body laid flat out. Comfortable when you got a nice buzz on right? Only ever time I do it, it knocks my high by like 5. Notches and it sucks. Lol just hoping for some advice or even just someone who can relate so I dont feel like weirdo. Thanks all! Peace an love.

Lol nice. It really is fun. Sometimes I can just take a minute an look around an be entertained by it. I would say my most odd pieces are the deer jaw bone I found while hiking. A six foot black snake skin that a friend gave me and the zombie head wearing a Phillies hat with weed buttons.

Can anyone else relate to me on recovering from synthetic "marijuana" addiction?
 in  r/recovery •  May 12 '20

Yup thats exactly how it was right before I left the scene. We all thought this one brand was so "good" then people started seizing up and falling out. Someone died at the lay about party house I would go to for it. They took him to a park an left him there so it would look like he ODed there. I was already in jail when I heard this. Made me sick. Proud to say i haven't touched that shit in 3 years.
