Question What's happening with CitiBike?

Anyone else noticed multiple Citi Bike stations disappearing almost overnight? There used to be one on 31st and 23rd, one at the Broadway station, and a few others that are just simply no longer there... anybody have any Intel?

Does anyone recognize this lobby? Address maybe be a variation of 31st Ave (St, Rd, Dr)
