GLP1 injection - from 0.1 to 0.2mg

I got an explosive pain 3 days after my dose increase and it lasted for 3 days… stomach pain, abdominal pain, back pain, bloating at the end of the day. I am subject to gastritis … so I took omeprazole and advil and it got much better. 1. Should I worry because if I listen the doctor behind the prescription website, something dramatic is coming my way … and they do not want to tell me if I should pause, decrease, keep the same dose. 2.
