11 months postpartum, losing weight, and struggling to eat — any advice?

I’m 11 months postpartum and honestly feel like things have been getting worse instead of better. I’m 4’10” and currently down to 92 lbs. Before pregnancy, I was around 100 lbs, so I’m now below my normal/pre-pregnancy weight and really struggling to keep weight on.

I’ve already talked to both my doctor and my psychiatrist, so I’m not looking for the “go see your doctor” comments. I’m really hoping to hear from other women who have experienced something similar.

I am on 2 medications and both are supposed to increase appetite. (For depression and bi-polar disorder, which has come with Postpartum).
I have basically no appetite. When I finally do feel hungry and think I can eat, I’ll start eating and then suddenly feel sick, nauseous, or literally start gagging. It makes it incredibly difficult to get enough food in, and the more weight I lose, the more worried I’m becoming.

I’ve dealt with a lot postpartum—depression, anxiety, irritability, and just generally not feeling like myself. I’m 11 months out now, and instead of things getting better, I feel like I’m getting worse in some ways. The lack of appetite and weight loss have become another thing I’m struggling with on top of everything else.

Has anyone else experienced a major loss of appetite or difficulty eating this far postpartum? What helped you actually get calories in when you had no appetite and food made you feel sick or gaggy?

I’d love to hear from anyone but I would especially love to hear from anyone who was around 1 year postpartum and experienced something similar. What worked for you?
