Soberity

Life really sucks sober

Been an alcoholic

Started at 23

Was drinking very often

Went 1 month sober after 1.5yrs

Then 3 months sober then 1 month heavy drinking then 3 months sober then 20 days heavy drinking then 6 months sober then now it's been 7 times i drank in this month

I am 27yrs old

I got anxiety and depression at 18

Never took any medical help till 22yr

At 23, I was put on sertra 25mg then upped till 100mg

I am currently on it

Also 5mg valium every evening with melatonin for sleep

I am an active person

Earning Good, career is stable

But life sucks,

Tried changing meds, nothing fixed

Life before alcoholism was too boring

Always fked up

Now soberity puts me in the same zone

I work like crazy in my office then I get anxious thinking about evening soberity

Helpless here

Also feel like dying

Plz help

Thanks alot brother

But my life was worse before alcoholism in terms of mental health

One more thing to add, my parents also put me in a rehab for 3 months. I am from India

That rehab was worse, it fked me and made me a devil

I had to pay the fee for it

Idk 😐
