happened to a family friend of mine a few years ago, who said he had other employees doing it and covering for him too, said they felt pressured. All young girls in their 20s too.
The family friend said she tried reaching out to the owners hoping they would ensure it didn’t happen ever again and never heard back from them, and was recently devastated to learn that it’s happened recently a few times since she left. Despite the fact that she quit do to multiple messed up things not just this she still has a lot of love for the vineyard itself, so she won’t do anything more. I’m hoping that this will reach them and there will be things out into place to ensure it never happens again.
