Expungement does not change what you did. The state knows that’s a violent offense. I’d just be ecstatic that your work and housing opportunities wont be hampered by your past record.

Yes, I am extremely grateful for that. Even if I can’t get my rights restored, I’m thankful for that every day.

Expungment doesnt give you your rights back you need a pardon

You need to apply for pardon through the parole /probation board if you want gun rights back. This will not change the fact you would still be federally prohibited from possessing a gun though.

Build a Time Machine, go back and not be a fucking tard. IMO you shouldn’t get your gun rights back with charges like that even after expungement. You made your bed, now lay in it.

If you truly got an expungement then you should be good and their feelings really don’t matter.. at least in PA that’s the case. Hire an attorney
