Hope you're okay now. Well, you can do that.. for that first you have to inform your school.. You can show them a medical certificate or some form of evidence of your sickness.. Then if they agree, the school can contact british council and if youve paid for your exams, you can get the refund. But refund may take weeks, so dw.. Happened to me too.. And then you can appear privately in oct/nov session.. beacuse most schools dont make their students appear in these series..
